Do I need a Will?

We advise anyone over 18 to have a Will on file. It is normal for all of us to  postpone what we perceive as a hassle when everything is fine. With the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, we were given a wakeup call that showed us how vulnerable we are and how no one is immune from a sudden illness, an accident or other unforeseen catastrophic events. In such cases, we saw that a hastily drawn Will that withstands legal tests, is extremely unlikely, and at best, ineffective, if not useless.

When and How do I Draw a Will?

Attorney David M. Piccolo can help you navigate through the maze of the legal  complexities of Florida laws concerning Inheritance, Wills, and Trusts. Attorney David Piccolo has many years of experience in these fields and has a proven record helping countless Floridians, draw, modify, and amend such legal documents.

Even if you have a will, circumstances in your life change and you should review your Will regularly to reflect those changes. Consider making or amending your Will if:

  • You're getting married
  • You're getting divorced
  • You're expecting a child
  • You’re cohabitating or considering cohabitation
  • You’ve received a windfall
  • You’re a business owner

Take the stress out of Wills and Trusts.  Protect your loved ones.
